Floyd Joy Mayweather Jr., better known as Floyd Mayweather is a retired professional boxer and a professional boxing promoter from America. Floyd was born on the 24th of February in 1977. He is currently aged 42 years old now. Floyd Mayweather was born in the Grand Rapids of Michigan into a family of boxers. He attended Ottawa Hills High School, from where he subsequently dropped out before graduating. He has roots in the Caribbean as his maternal grandfather was from Kingston in Jamaica. He was born into a poor family and struggled very hard to become a successful boxer.
