Strength is defined as having the ability to be physically strong, or showing endurance despite facing tough circumstances. In this life, we all have to be strong in order to mitigate all the challenges and hurdles that life can throw at us. Only the fittest amongst us are the ones who go on to thrive in this world. So, we have to be both mentally strong and display physical strength when adversity comes our way. Training regularly, exercising every week and keeping a check on our diet can help us to develop physical strength, but it will take years of dedication in order to be considered as a physically strong human being.
Developing mental strength is a bit more tricky as that involves training our minds in order to face stress and hardship and show emotional strength when all else may break lose around us. In order to live our dreams, we have to be prepared to overcome all the obstacles and challenges that will prevent us from achieving our dreams, and in that scenario, an individual who has the mental strength and ability can overcome all odds to achieve even the wildest of dreams. That is why we should take inspiration from people around us.
