Mark Zuckerberg is a technology entrepreneur from America. He is the co-founder and the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Facebook. Mark was born on the 14th of May in 1984. He was born and raised in New York and attended Harvard University before dropping out to pursue his ambition to create Facebook, which went on to become the biggest social networking site on the planet. Mark Zuckerberg has three sisters and was raised as a Reformed Jewish. Mark also had a Star Wars themed Bar mitzvah when he was 13 years old. His interest in computers started at a young age when he began developing computer programs in his middle school years.
Mark Zuckerberg is one of the most influential individuals on the planet as his website has more than 2 billion monthly users. He has accumulated massive amounts of wealth thanks to his majority stake in the Facebook Company, which in itself is a multi-billion dollar company. His story was captured on film when The Social Network was released back in 2010. He is currently doing philanthropy work and working to make the internet a more open and better society. His net worth stands at more than $40 billion as of 2019.
