Kindness refers to the act of doing good to others. If you are kind to others, you will experience the same kindness back. There is a sense of feeling good that is accompanied by being kind.
Once you offer any piece of help to the person, you are kind to them, and maybe what you offered might be just what they needed, regardless of the worth of your help. In turn, the person may feel happy and really get touched to the point that they might come back and repay your kindness in ways you may never expect.
We all have our own problems. However, the solutions to our problems are lying within us. Therefore, being kind to one another helps in solving our problems, or at least simplifying them, hence finding solutions. You may be kind and help someone, and in turn, out of their happiness, they may realize your troubles and help you too. Kindness gives you the sense of being wanted by everyone and provides you with the best things in this world.
